SECURUS FUND ACQUIRES STAKE IN CITADEL100, IRELAND.

CITADEL100 is a joint venture partnership between Keppel Data Centres (subsidiary of the Singapore based Keppel Group) who hold 50% of the shares and several individual investors who hold the remaining 50% including our C.E.O Noel Meaney. These individuals (including Noel Meaney) have entered into a transaction to sell their 50% stake to Securus Data Property Fund (“Securus Fund”) – a Keppel-sponsored investment fund based out of Singapore ().

Securus Fund is a dedicated data centre fund solely focused on the long-term ownership and management of data centre assets across its target markets of Europe and Asia Pacific. Keppel T&T is the major sponsor of the Fund and will be its single largest shareholder.

Today, Keppel Data Centres and Securus Fund together own a portfolio of 7 high quality data centre facilities across Europe and Asia Pacific – in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, London and Ireland and are actively looking to expand the footprint. This combined platform of data centre facilities, coupled with the operating expertise of C100 and Keppel Data Centres, enable us to support customers in their future expansions in Europe and Asia Pacific regions.

As a result of Noel Meaney selling his ownership stake, he will step down as Chairman and C.E.O of C100 and continue in a transitional advisory role to C100, supporting various growth initiatives.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Karl Hennessy, the current C.O.O, as the new C.E.O of C100 moving forward. Karl has held various roles within the data centre since its inception in 2001 and brings continuity to our commitment to high quality service provision and reliability.

Going forward, Keppel Data Centres, Securus Fund and C100 are well positioned to be your trusted partner and we look forward to working with you to support your requirements for high quality data centre services in Dublin specifically, and in your other markets in Europe and Asia.
