Paul Mellon
As Facility Manager at Citadel 100 , Paul ‘s role is to build a robust facility management platform to deliver all Technical Services, Asset Management & Lifecycle Plnning, Energy Management, Project Planning, Management, Implementation and Control.
Paul has worked in the built environment for the past 30 years. He was a Senior Electrical Building Services Design Engineer with Varming Consulting Engineers. Paul began his facility management career in TRAMTRAX and has held senior FM positions at:
- TRAMTRAX Facility Management – Operations Manager
- Lufthansa Facility Management – Operations Manager
- Hochtief Facility Management – Operations Manager
- G4S Ireland Integrated Services – Operations Manager
- AxisFM – Operations Manager
Paul has strong experience in TFM solutions for large campus developments. He has developed significant team building skills having successfully implemented numerous teams on large campus/EMEA and PPP projects. He has successfully implemented TFM operations for Citibank, Irish Aviation Authority, Vodafone, Dell, Kelloggs, Nestle and many more blue chip clients.
