CITADEL100 has developed a Quality Method System, in compliance our ISO 9001 QMS Certification, which documents all the processes and procedures required to support the operation of our 100% availability Datacenter. These processes are defined according to distinct activities and to support different stages of management of a highly secure, process driven environment. It is through these rigorous implementation of and strict adherence to these procedures that all aspects of the facility are controlled.
Quality Method SystemPlanned, Preventative Maintenance
These procedures form a key component of the daily operations conducted diligently by our Datacenter Technicians. Our technicians carry out continual onsite monitoring and management of all Datacenter components, along with regular testing and maintenance of all plant equipment. On a weekly basis Datacenter Performance Reports are generated using our bespoke Building Management System (BMS), enabling all our clients with a detailed analysis of how CITADEL100 is meeting and performing against our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Corrective Maintenance
CITADEL100 has established policies and procedures for dealing with corrective maintenance. Our Operations team will also work with our clients in developing specific Corrective Maintenance Procedures designed to meet each enterprises’ corporate Business Continuity Policies and individual business requirements and priorities.

Policy of Continual Improvement
CITADEL100 operates a policy of Continual Improvement in line with the requirements of our ISO 9001 QMS Certification. This Continual Improvement aims to deliver improved operational and cost efficiency for the company and our clients.
