CITADEL100 has stringent policies and procedures for dealing with corrective maintenance. Our Operations team also works with our clients to develop specific Corrective Maintenance Procedures designed to meet each enterprises’ individual business requirements and priorities.

Our policies are defined based upon basic principles including:

  • An understanding that effective planning for crisis management must be an integral part of day to day operations
  • An escalation procedure designed to ensure that any crisis is contained and professionally managed in order to limit impact on existing and future business.

Our Corrective Maintenance procedures are predicated on our core philosophy that availability is the most fundamental service that CITADEL100 delivers. In order to meet our availability objectives we must accept and adhere to the following principles:

  • Prevention – to minimise the probability of business interruptions by integrating safeguards into daily operations
  • Containment – to minimise of any business interruption by focusing on keeping the business at the highest level of service possible
  • Recovery – to ensure a prompt restoration of normal operations following any incident that gives rise to business interruption
